Delivery & Shipping Information

For all orders, Delivery is charged

Because of the bulky nature of Pool Covers and Rollers, parcel couriers cannot be used. Depending on where you are, we either deliver ourselves or use bulk shipping to a Mainfreight Depot near you. In all cases – freight is charged. *Small deliveries and accessories are shipped to your door (see footnotes).

Delivery charges are determined by the physical size of your purchase for a Cover or a Roller or both, the zone is determined by the first 2 x digits of your post code.

We use  4 x Delivery zones, Check yours out here with your post code See Find My Delivery Zone.

Debris Covers are shipped via NZ Post to your door, Freight is the same as Zones and Prices  for a Cover.

ZONES & PRICES

  •  Zone (1) you are considered in Auckland City and Suburbs. These areas are serviced by our vans and delivery is to your door.
    The price to ship a Cover is $50.00, a Roller is $50.00,
    Additional Freight costs will be charged for Island destinations (Waiheke etc.)
  • Zone(2) is Greater Auckland and nearby towns. As far South as Mercer & Pukekohe, and as far North as Wellsford. These areas are serviced by our vans and delivery is to your door.
    The price to ship a Cover is $70.00, a Roller is $70.00
  • Zone (3) is for other places in the North Island. For these areas we ship to the most convenient Mainfreight Depot for you. You will be asked to select a Mainfreight Depot when checking out.

    You can then pick up from the depot; or arrange for delivery from the depot at your cost.
    (Debris Covers will sent via NZ Post to your door, however a Depot selection is still required to determine freight costs at check-out).
  • Zone (4) is all of the South Island and is the same procedure as Area (3). We ship to the most convenient Mainfreight Depot for you. You will be asked to select a Mainfreight Depot when checking out.
    You can then pick up from the depot; or arrange for delivery from the depot at your cost.

If both Cover and a Roller are shipped, the prices are added together

*All Accessory items  a minimum freight fee applies – all smaller products are shipped to your home address via NZ Post.

For any shipment,  a minimum freight is applied of $10.00.
